Thanks for the comment and the suggestion -- actually I do love water soluable oils, although I wanted to try acrylics because I haven't used them in a really long time. (Now I remember why... hehheh!) After this painting, I'll probably try those.
Your photos are stunning! I especially love the second one in this post, with the light filtering through the trees. Wow! Very nice!
